This oven arrived faulty after a 9 week wait. AO sorted everything out but Rangemaster were disappointing and would have left us without a working oven over Christmas with no resolution date as they wanted to fix it with parts.

Would have given 5 stars if it hadn't arrived with misaligned door, a door handle crooked with holes drilled in wrong place and a part of some trim missing. Rangemaster difficult to get hold of, eventually booked engineer...he then rang to say he didn't have any of the photos I'd sent to Rangemaster so had to start all over again. Disappointing for such an expensive appliance

This product is beautiful . The colour is fantastic and compliments my dark green kitchen . Now the appliance . I’ve not had an induction hob before and found this easy to use once I’d got used to it , heating up very quickly and easy to control . The clever rack that’s attached to the door on the large oven makes it very safe and practical , so sensible . The other oven is very useful for smaller dishes and very efficient and more than enough shelves . I would like to be able to drop the grill a bit further down from the element but it’s very easy to slide in and out . The AO guys were really efficient and capable . They made the fitting easily and I felt most confident in their work , testing , showing me the essentials and setting the clock . The knobs took a bit of getting used to and working out which one matched the rings ,I think they could be a bit clearer . You have to be sure they are switched off but the the corresponding light marker will indicate that the ring is ‘hot’ which helps . I would also like a better space to warm plates . All in all I love this oven and would give it a **** star

Overall it's a great product. Only minor gripe is hanging teatowels on the handle of the grill gets in the way of the lower oven.

Great cooker but can be slightly noisy which is why not giving full marks.

Nice cooker but came damaged so had to get a replacement. Ended up getting a different model but still a rangemaster and the new one is lovely. Been wanting to get a range for ages and so glad I did in the end, as having 2 ovens are so useful. Also I love having an induction cooker top too!

Very smart cooker Love the size and number of racks in small oven. I wish it’s fan stitched off when you open the door The induction job is very responsive The cooking zones could be a bit more defined Hard to see in certain lights

Really happy with our new cooker. The induction surface is so easy to clean and the ovens heat up much quicker than with our old cooker. The ability to heat only half the grill is good and it feels much more environmentally friendly. We spent a long time researching and are very pleased with what we have. A good, stylish family cooker. Service and delivery were great too!
