unpackaged the item and there were many manufacturer defects the stainless steel was lighter in some areas than others. The griddle plate was not smoothed before enamelling nor was the enamel coated correctly it was patchy. The front face of cooker where the dials are had a black line running the whole way round. Non of which can be buffed out. It had alot of finger prints all over it which I found unusual for a new item. The item looks and feels cheap for an item costing nearly £1500 I expected better from rangemaster. I feel other brands are better quality and value for money. just take note the main cavity will not light until the clock has been set.

Lots of problems with this cooker . Initially found a flaw in the enamel top, incorrect knobs fitted, grill compartment door warped. Replacement knob for gas oven was for an electric one. Then three months after purchase the gas oven has broken down and we have endless problems with Rangemaster trying to get it replaced. Theiir Customer Service Department is totally incompetent - they don't call back when they say they will, haven't registered what the actual problem is, don't deliver when they say they will, so over Easter when I have visitors I'm without my main oven. The response to everything we suggest is "no", basically they' ve just shrugged their shoulders and ignored us.

Recently bought one of these and although it looks great its one major drawback is the toaster, it cant toast at all well you have to continually turn/spin the bread otherwise it turns out extremely patchy have tried to contact range but all to no avail this spoils what otherwise is a good cooker,sadly my first range and definately my last.Had to buy a seperate electric toaster which is not what you expact for the price.

Replacement for a 12 year old Range cooker, not quite as robust but better than most available, functions very well in all areas.

An ideal combination of gas hob, gas grill, gas main oven and electric second oven. Very useful that it doesn’t require a 32 amp dedicated electrical supply.

This is a strong and elegant gas cooker that works well. Like most gas cookers there is no illuminated indicator e.g. LED that a ring or the oven is on. If this cooker had them it would be less easier to see if one had been left on in error. The two buttons clock/timer feel a little flimsy, we'll see how they last. Our previous Rangemaster cooker had the 6 button unit that felt more robust to me.

I had this delivered to me 3 days before a party when my other one had conked out suddenly. This Range literally saved me, cooking different meals at the same time & keeping things warm. It looks great, is easy to clean & does what you need it to do. My ONLY gripe is that the numbers on the dials are SO hard to see!! I turn into Mr Magoo trying to read them!!! Design fail!! Otherwise great product though!

Really pleased with the look and power. So far, cakes are moist and potatoes well roasted! Hon can be a little tricky to light.
