Early days as we only got it two weeks ago. The knobs are super wobbly for the hob but weirdly the ones for the oven and grill are solid. Would’ve liked a click when you turn them too. The induction clicks on and off when trying to maintain the correct heat you’ve set it too, that sucks. Touch screen for the timer is really annoying to respond. The oven cooked a pizza to perfection to the correct timing. Grill hasn’t had a run out yet. Due to the impossibility of actually being able to try anything before buying now, I guess we’re kinda stuck with it.

Well I would say when it works it great. However had to have a replacement sent after the induction hob went bang after only 7 weeks use. I’ve used induction hobs for years without issue so was a shock. However the replacement was very well organised and quick.

I was really looking forward to receiving my new Rangemaster - believing I was buying a quality product. We don’t have mains gas so went for an electric oven with induction hob. After only having it for 3 months, the hob blew and would no longer work. The service from the repair company was great but after replacing a circuit board in the hob, it remained faulty. I was told to contact AO and they arranged a replacement. The replacement is in and working, however the oven light only works when it wants to! It is really noisy when cooling down, particularly the hob but the oven is quite noisy too. Don’t have much confidence in it, especially the hob. The oven is good with plenty of room, especially with the top oven too. Overall I wouldn’t rush to get another Rangemaster- feel they are very over-priced and you could get equally as good, if not better, for a lot less!

This is cooker has been an absolute nightmare. The hob developed a fault one month after installation and has not yet been fixed one month later. I have had a faulty cooker longer than a working one. It is almost impossible to get hold of Rangemaster to organise a repair. Appointments are then cancelled. Do not buy this cooker. The quality is terrible but the customer service is worse.

Absolutely awful - don't buy this product! The first one we ordered came with the base entirely broken (this may have been an issue in the warehouse, to be fair). The second one arrived and at least could be installed, but the fan in the oven didn't work, and then we realised that two of the control knobs had been installed in the wrong positions (so the top oven/grill knob was installed where the temp control for the bottom oven should be, and vice versa). The general feel of the cooker was just completely shoddy and rickety. AO's service was really good, and we've replaced this cooker with an AEG which is great, and you can feel the difference in quality really clearly. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
