Quick delivery & price was similar to other sites. Had bought Xbox package previously & the controller developed an issue. With no quibbles they provided a refund for a replacement controller, as they were unable to contact Xbox directly.????????????????

This was a gift, and recipient was well pleased. The colour is amazing, vibrant white, and it works well with their Xbox one. I didn’t realise however it was battery operated, I though it would have a built in battery for that price and it would be rechargeable by usb. It’s a shame these controllers haven’t been done this way to help save on batteries and environmental hazards.

I'm on my 4th controller now in 12 months.... Same two problems occur on every controller I've had... Could be down to me it's just I'm yet to need a replacement controller for my 5 year old playstation...
