TV arrived as scheduled. Delivery men were polite and pleasant. TV was fairly easy to set up but could have been easier but my last TV was quite old and things have probably moved on a bit. It would be nice to have printed instructions on how to set up. Now it is though, I love the picture and not having to pull the blind to stop glare and really pleased.

This is a 2nd TV for the bedroom, however the 43 or larger size would be awesome as a primary TV in your front room, or games room. The depth of picture contrast and colour is excellent. It has a gaming mode, and because it's Samsung you can game anyway you want. Sound quality is good, and of course there are sound bar options. I didn't choose one. But you can get one on an offer, check below the product description. The TV is surprisingly light and I chose to wall mount it. If you can't or dare not do that yourself, you have an option to have AO sort it for you, which is amazing. When you buy this, check out all the options to make sure you get the best deal, with everything you want for minimum hassle and just a few pounds more. If you are already a member of the AO club, then a bunch of stuff is included for you annual fee, so if you are thinking of buying multiple items in the next 12 months, then the price of membership will be recouped from the convenience of the benefits it provides. Easy to set up TV, brilliant picture quality brilliant sound also. The TV is easy to use, with auto tuning, and lots of extra channels.

Bought for my elderly mother who needed a bigger screen and couldn’t be more pleased. Good picture and sound quality at a very good price. Best thing was that it was so straightforward to set up as instructions were easy for a dinosaur like me to follow.

Great TV very easy to connect to our sky Q and fantastic picture quality. UHD is amazing but the very best part is even with the sun streaming through the patio doors we can still see the picture in perfect quality. Would certainly recommend for a bright room.

A great-looking TV is straightforward to set up, but give yourself a good hour to complete it, especially if you have multiple streaming services.

This is the first smart TV I have bought, so I was prepared for something completely different to what I was used to. I am not tech savvy in the slightest, but everything seems needlessly complicated, e.g. you can't just click a couple of times to get to the channel you want, sometimes it's taking 5 minutes to get where I want to be because you have to navigate from the main menu to the app with the channel you want, and then scroll down the channel menu and then click to get the channel. I'm also not sure why they couldn't put all functionality on one remote control, (there are two). You can do most things with either, but not all, and find myself faffing about trying to remember which does what. I'm sure over time I will get used to the setup, but for now I'm a little disappointed. On the plus side, the picture quality is great and the sound is very good.

Original I thought this TV might be to big for my room, but it's not. Its a great size. Great picture quality, colours and dark shades, especially on hd channels. The guide and main menu is clear and easy to use, moves fast. All the information you need to see is shown. The stands for the TV can adjust with two different heights. I have not tried it on gaming, I'm confident it's more than adequate. Overall it's a great TV for the money, would recommend to friends. Samsung make great TVs.
