It's a lovely tv with great picture. I mounted on the wall with a slim fit mount and it's remarkably slim overall. I've had Samsungs for years - this one has a solar powered remote as well as coming with a big clunky remote - not sure what that does. The interface does default to what it recommends, which isn't ideal but maybe it's just learning.

Replaced an older Samsung Smart TV with this. Best decision for us. Chose this over others due to QLED display. TV was very easy to set-up. Quality of picture and sound is amazing. Added bonus the smart remote operates the Sky box too! The voice commands (Alexa & Bixby) great fun and easy to use too. Would highly recommend.

Excellent t.v especially if you are partially sighted. It is ideal for a bedroom. It is easy to use.

Contacted me on the morning of delivery to give me a time slot then rang to confirm. The online tracking was very precise. Delivery guys very polite.

Perfect for our needs - Great TV, Picture and Sound. Lots of connectivity options, bonus of a solar charged remote control which will save costs in the long run. Was really surprised to see the remotes also allow me to control my attached devices (AppleTV) so this was an added bonus. We mounted the TV on a stand so didn't use the legs which came unattached from the unit. Sound was surprisingly good for a flat screen TV. Only downside I've found - There is also a Common Interface card in the box but nothing in the instructions to say what you need to do with it or anything. Personally not installed it. Not tried for gaming as yet, but TV and DVD both look fantastic. Registered on the manufacturer website for extended warranty.

I REALLY LIKE the tv it's a really good TV I would recommend biting it. I'd recommend your company to anybody.

Lovely picture, sharp with clear blacks. Fast responses to remote button presses without long delays. Samsung set-up process with app works well. Prompt and good delivery.
