Great graphics, bit hard to understand at first, great purchase

Excellent sound output easy to setup very pleased with this. Like the look of it and the quality of the picture. The only problem is the user manual which we gad to download is no help what so ever

A really nice TV, full screen display and lots of features for films etc. some of which are pay-per-view I think. I only need it for Freeview terrestrial with perhaps an occasional iPlayer. The picture is crisp and the audio is clear, no sign of sibilants or any other distortions so I am a very happy purchaser.

This is the first smart TV I have bought, so I was prepared for something completely different to what I was used to. I am not tech savvy in the slightest, but everything seems needlessly complicated, e.g. you can't just click a couple of times to get to the channel you want, sometimes it's taking 5 minutes to get where I want to be because you have to navigate from the main menu to the app with the channel you want, and then scroll down the channel menu and then click to get the channel. I'm also not sure why they couldn't put all functionality on one remote control, (there are two). You can do most things with either, but not all, and find myself faffing about trying to remember which does what. I'm sure over time I will get used to the setup, but for now I'm a little disappointed. On the plus side, the picture quality is great and the sound is very good.

Original I thought this TV might be to big for my room, but it's not. Its a great size. Great picture quality, colours and dark shades, especially on hd channels. The guide and main menu is clear and easy to use, moves fast. All the information you need to see is shown. The stands for the TV can adjust with two different heights. I have not tried it on gaming, I'm confident it's more than adequate. Overall it's a great TV for the money, would recommend to friends. Samsung make great TVs.

Absolutely love it! Such a clear picture, it's like the people are in the room with you! Customer service is 10/10 and really accommodating. AO Care people followed up my purchase with a call which I appreciated, so now my TV is protected. All round good experience

Very good quality TV, great colours and depth. Really makes a difference in tv & movie viewing over previous generation of televisions.

Good product, easy to set up and navigate, comes with a second remote for the fire stick element of the TV, slightly pointless as the main remote does everything you need. Not a problem, just slightly confusing at first having two remotes, pretty good to have a back up though if you temporarily misplaced the main one. Picture quality .and sound are good, dimensions accurate.
