Really pleased with this Smart TV. Purchased to replace a TV, which was 9 years old and it is outstanding in every possible way - sound, picture and as many apps as we could possibly use!! Step by step setup was really helpful too.

Brilliant picture and although I purchased a soundbar with the TV... The actual sound from the TV alone is really good!! Ambiant mode is super cool and relaxing to have on in a background too when you're socialising/reading etc

Picture quality is outstanding especially in HD.

The TV has a great, bright picture and the UI is user friendly once you get used to it. However, as some others have mentioned, the TV does sometimes make an odd noise through the speakers (similar to putting your ear to a sea shell). This doesn't always occur but it occurs enough for it to be irritating, given the price of the TV! If you plan to buy a soundbar this doesn't matter, but if you don't yet own one/plan to get one then I would reconsider buying this TV.

After years of an old TV, selected the Samsung QE50Q60TA 50” - only set it up yesterday, the process was really easy despite no detailed instructions. Plug in follow on screen instructions have your mobile device at the ready to scan QR code or input codes from the screen. We took little time to put the legs in & cable to Sky box linked to Amazon and Alexa. The remotes set up is also quick. Picture quality is great and menus easy to navigate. Love it so far!
