Just doesn’t work on a Chromebook (or at least not on the one we bought at the same time as this software). As there is no app for the Chromebook you have to use the web version of the Microsoft 365. This would be fine except that there is some sort of a glitch when you try to open a new document as it refuses to open without an app loaded! So a complete waste of money sadly. Given that this was pushed by AO as a companion to the Chromebook, there should be a warning that it won’t work.

Easy to install and download and works as expected.

This great because it provides flexibility in that files are automatically synched up to one drive. So if the laptop is lost then copies of your files are automatically backed up into one drive. Microsoft offer an excellent flexibility in terms of subscription services which provides you with the option of whether or not you want to renew your subscription after one year.

The process of installing the software was very straightforward and reasonably fast, but will obviously depend on your broadband speed. The changes to Word are disappointing and will just be confusing to anyone like me that was very familiar with the previous versions. Overall, it's a very good bit of office software that can't really be beaten by other rival products.
