Dear Dishwasher, I know you're really proud that you've finished your program, but we need to talk about your beeps. You beep a lot every five minutes after completing your wash, even at night or while I'm daring to ignore you by doing something else nearby. The only way to silence the beepathon is to open the door and turn you off. But you're not quite ready for that because everything inside you needs another hour or two to dry off. That is a lot more beeps to endure. I don't mind that your build quality is questionable, or that you came with faulty parts that took six weeks to replace. You are part of the family now, and try to join every conversation, which is lovely. But maybe you could stop beeping, at least until you are actually ready to unload?! Your loving owner.

Good points - it's well thought out inside, the bottom rack folds down at the back to make room for pans etc, the top drawer moves up and down - you'll need it in the highest position all the time because you cannot fit a normal sized plate on the bottom otherwise. From a fitting perspective, the door fixings are easy to use and the levelling system is very good - you can access the rear foot (there's only one in the middle) from the front and it just screws up and down. The machine cleans perfectly well. Bad points - the installation instructions are fairly awful, there are zero words, only pictures. The instructions insist that you should raise the machine up to the point where there is no gap between the top and the worksurface above. If you do this you'll find that the door when you attach it is sitting too low so that when you open the front, it won't lay flat as the door fouls the machine at the bottom. The solution is to lower the machine by about 2cm and then fit the door, everything will fit perfectly at that point. You can use the provided template for this by just measuring the gap you have between machine and surface, then moving it down as appropriate on the door before drilling/attaching fixings. Furthermore, the machine itself is very squat, so to raise it to an acceptable height, unless you have extremely low kickboards and cupboards, you will absolutely need to raise it up on skis before fitting - the internal legs have no chance of getting you anywhere near the height required. The front door of the machine is very bendy and relies on your cupboard door extensively for strength and rigidity. Once fitted, it feels quite solid. Overall, for the price this is a perfectly decent dishwasher and there's no reason not to buy it.

It’s a dishwasher. Does it wash dishes? Yes. Therefore I rate it as good. In all seriousness, my old dishwasher broke for good and so I bought this as it could be delivered within 48 hours and it was the cheapest available. It is a little louder than the old one and the pull out racks feel a little less sturdy than the old one, but it works perfectly fine and was pretty easy to install, even for a novice like me. Is it 5 stars good? No. But 4/5 seems about fair.

Decent dishwasher for the money. Basket can be moved up so large plates and pots etc fit in no problem.

Great dishwasher for the price, instructions were nice and easy to follow to get it installed. Few nice touches on the inside, including rubberised parts in the top rack to protect glasses. Top rack is height adjustable too. Runs nice and quietly, can still hear the TV over it! Would definitely recommend it for the price.

My Wife is over the moon with her new Sharp integral Dishwasher! She can get the whole days dishes in one go and it fan dries superbly. Fitting was straight forward, door fixing kit supplied with a template ensured that the washer blended in nicely with the kitchen units. Leveling the machine was so easy, as instead of struggling with the usual 4 feet the Sharp has come up with an innovated 2 feet at the front and 1 central at the back which is adjusted by a screw at the front! All in all a quality machine at a good price! Would certainly recommend!

I've had my new dishwasher for about a week now and it cleans very well and the eco-cycle is shorter than I would have expected, which is a bonus.
