Excellent product as always from Samsung. Only 2 minor issues that I’ve identified- 1) The plug is about 3 inches long and unless your plug socket is directly behind the fridge and about half way up the wall, you will need an extension.....seriously, who got paid to design that?! 2) Filling the water dispenser is a bit awkward and will probably mean you have to take the door shelf/compartment off every time you fill it.

Love my new fridge freezer super quite, chills things very quickly! Great family size capacity for family of four! Freezer draws a deep and fits loads in,automatic first free is so help my last was awful and last but not least the water dispenser is a great added touch!! Yes there a flaws dispenser can leak if over filled and door alarm isn’t very loud and lighting is harsh! Overall strong 4.5/5!

Spacious. I think Water container is tad too big, could have more space under it for Milk bottle. Very and I mean very noisy, to the point that it seems like something is wrong with the motor. Can hear knocking noise from time to time. Expected better quality from such a big brand.

First thing I noticed when we switched it on and left it for a few hours was it is very quiet, our kitchen and living area is open and you can hardly hear it running. we like the water dispenser in the door, ok it slietly limits door storage but not enough to bother us. Loads of room in both fridge and freezer. And no sign of any frost. So far very pleased with it.

Great product, water cooler is great and holds good amount of water. Product is very large inside even though a 70/30 a great size for most needs. Only little downside is the quiet hum is louder than I would have throught but other than that a greta product!

Perfect replacement for our broken 50/50 fridge freezer, much quieter too with its digital inverter, and hopefully more economical. The fridge door has an alarm should you leave the door open, and when you open the door, internal illumination from the LED lighting is much brighter compared to our previous branded model. Interchangeable door opening L/R if you have the skill, and chilled water dispenser so no need to open fridge door! Looks smart, seems to hold everything in place well, as we weren't sure about losing some freezer space, but were overall glad (so far) that we bought this fridge freezer from ao.com

Looks great - ample space

Got this for a Black Friday price. Looks impressive and quality in silver. Appreciated being able to apply for a 5 year warranty. Compressor also has a 10 year warranty. Water dispenser is a bonus and tank can be removed to fill or it has a screw top..To fit wine rack, remove glass shelf and slide shelf onto it so it’s held on the top of shelf with wine bottles hanging under shelf. Check photo on Samsung website as there are no instructions for wine rack fitting. Very happy with quality and ease of use. I miss having a separate shelf in freezer for my ice cube trays though
