Still getting used to my new fridge freezer but so far so good. Nice spacious fridge, drawers in freezer move easily and good size. Water dispenser is great...struggled to use then I realised that it has a lock! Useful as it means it doesn't drip. Would have been 5 stars if could have reversed door: right hinge only. Great service too.

I do like this fridge freezer but there are some features that just weren’t thought out. It is a lot shinier in real life. None of the shelves are tall enough to fit normal condiment bottle in and they’re not adjustable. Cans don’t fit on the shelf below the “wine wrack/shelf” unless you lie them down. The reservoir for the water dispenser takes up a lot of space on the back of the door so there are only two spaces for tall items (like milk or juice) to be stored upright. The water dispenser lever feels like it could easily be broken when it is “locked”. Lots of storage space in the freezer. Big drawer for fresh food.

I love this Fridge Freezer. Lovely look and great layout inside although I did have to remove 2 shelves. The gloss black is very smart but does show finger marks easily. Really quiet when running. I am a tech geek so love that I can connect to WiFi. We bought a identical appliances and switched one to a left hand door to create an American fridge effect with the 2 appliances side by side. Would highly recommend.

Samsung fridge freezer. Absolutely brilliant worth every penny can recommend it enough. No more wet shelves and soggy veg. Nice ice cold water from the dispenser. Freezer is very spacious also. Excellent build quality as you would expect from Samsung. I absolutely love it thank you.
