Very expensive to run and not economical at all. Going by the smart meter in comparison to my old fridge. I am now using 68 kw a month when they advertise to say it uses 304 annually. This costs 30% of my monthly electric bill. Not happy at all

Happy then Disappointed, ordered this fridge freezer, set up put my food in there and the freezer worked fine but the fridge did not work, and it's supposed to be brand new. And am having to wait a week to get an engineer to come and fix it, just ridiculous.

Designed by comedians and built by toddlers. Dire quality and manufacturing standards. Looks great but scratch the surface and it is made of old cheese. The instructions to swap the door hinges was in English but might as well been in Chinese for all the use they were. This task was overly complicated and protracted, requiring way to long too achieve. This was made worse by more poor quality with the opposite holes being in the wrong place! Overall, this item is a piece of overpriced poorly made junk. Take your money elsewhere.

I have a Hisense TV in our kitchen and was highly impressed at the quality for the price. This is plainly not the case with this fridge freezer. At first glance all seems fine but the design and quality control is utterly appalling. I had to switch the door hinges over and that was a nightmare. The 'instructions' were pointless, lacked any comprehension and fitting required all sorts of dismantling and swapping parts. It took over two hours which was not helped by the top hinge holes on the opposite side being in the completely wrong place leaving the door seal 5mm from frame! I had to drill the bracket to get a flush fit. Brand new and bodged - GREAT. The water dispenser fittings then fell apart the moment I took the water carrier out, exposing some more cheap & nasty manufacturing. Overall this is a pile of garbage. I'm lucky I only purchased it to store dog food in a back room. I certainly would not entertain this junk in my kitchen. Avoid!

The water dispenser has leaked all over the kitchen tried to report product to AO and informed to contact the manufacturer excellent customer services!!! My next purchase will be from the high street where if product becomes faulty I won’t get fobbed off.

The fridge doesn't get cold enough even when set to the minimum temperature, and milk and food is going bad before expiration date. Also, the water dispenser is dripping after a few days of use. I have been trying contact with Hisense support for days but didn't get any feedback so far. I would avoid this brand.

My new fridge does not work properly, the top of the fridge is quite warm compared to the bottom.

I thought that the price would reflect the quality however, my brand new refrigerator is already broken. Despite following the instructions that specified to remove and wash the water tank before using, it broke. It's impossible to unscrew that tank and no information about that step is indicated. One requires an Herculean force to complete the first step already. I now have a water dispenser that I cannot use. I certainly wouldn't recommend buying this refrigerator.
