The fridge freezer was ok but quite inefficient. i The instructions to change over the door hinge were poorly translated and unclear. The freezer door didn't not seal properly and the hinge mounting holes on the bottom were mis-drilled. Overall I wouldn't not recommend this fridge freezer.

No issue with AO, great communication and service. Hisense however… We wanted to reverse the door and two of the screws were so tight our drill driver couldn’t move them. Luckily we had a builder here whose drill was powerful enough to get them out. The instructions are written in a level of English which is difficult to understand and the diagrams are too small with poor print quality. Reversing the bottom hinge was almost impossible as there’s nowhere to purchase to remove the screw. Called and email Hisense but they’re still to revert with a solution. Disappointed.

Unable to register product online as model number not in drop down list. So I had to call. Automated service, holding listening to distorted crap nondescript music 15mins! Proper rubbish, hope the product I bought doesn''t break down as I''d never get hold of anyone and like I''ve got the time and can afford to be on hold hours! As for the design the top part is for tall people, I''m 5ft10 and can reach everything only just. The width is good, fridge capacity excellent, the door doesn''t open fully in that the door compartments do not clear the fridge enough to enable removal of the fridge shelves etc or for removal of packaging tape etc & cleaning. I''m contemplating making my own adjustments to the hinges top but if I did it would invalidate warranty so will have to wait 2yrs. The fridge door storage arrangement could be better thought out regards to heights between as you can barley get a 4pt bottle of milk stood up. Definitely cannot stand up a bottle of baileys anywhere in the fridge. I''ve lay it down on wine rack hoping it doesn''t leak. You get a silly 2x 6egg tray which doesn''t fit anywhere, rattles and moves and shifts about in the door comparts, I binned it. The freezer capacity ok, could be and should be much better. You will struggle at Christmas tho to keep your frozen turkey et al. The bottom freezer drawer is a disaster with internal storage capacity at 7"Hx7.5"Dx16.5"W. Here you also get a silly pathetic ice tray, I binned it. Well could be so much better 7/10.Similar models are same perhaps.

The fridge is alright but shelf height and door design is dumb. Feels well built though. Had to attempt door reversal myself (not my first choice) but this proved impossible with the tools I had

Decent product. Only issues I have is it’s not suitable for tall people as at 6ft I have to bend a bit to open the fridge door as there is no handle, so bear that in mind; and the water dispenser is really slow release. Otherwise good product.

Very smart fridge, working well so far, hard to pour water in without a few splashes but that's minor. Good fridge freezer does what you expect.

So far so good, looks nice and all works fine. Only time will tell how well it works.
