Really difficult to use. Instructions are useless and the controls don’t work properly. I would never buy one of these products again

easy controls, stylish accurate timings and functions .particulally find the defrost by weight or time invaluable.defrosts equally and thourally .with no "starting to cook throughbits" take away the worry of ,(is it defrosted enough?) i love it.

Overall a great microwave. It feels disconcerting that you can't see inside while it's operating, which makes it easier to have bubble-overs etc., (which we experienced at first particularly given this was a more powerful microwave than our last). But otherwise very happy.

Have had this microwave for two years now and am very happy with this purchase. It replaced a Sharp microwave I'd had since 1998 which finally gave up after 23 years of loyal service so went for the same brand and am not disappointed. Only one minor criticism is that I would have preferred a turn dial rather than pushing a button to increase the time etc.

Works well, looks nice - internal dimensions are big enough for bagged microwave popcorn to fully rotate, unlike previous microwave

Seems really good, looks very smart but does show up fingerprints really badly

Excellent we made a mistake and bought a smaller one and after talking to a.o bought this one (bigger ) it was easy and no hassle they swopped them over on delivery cannot praise them enough and this microwave is excellent can cook in it not just microwave ??
