Sleek, larger than thought. It is louder than my old microwave but it is very powerful. Havent used all the settings yet but looks and powerwise this is fantastic. Next day delivery. And was on sale. Very pleased.

Annoyingly the first microwave delivered had a fault - the turntable didn't turn. After speaking to AO and Sharp a new one was dispatched and the faulty one taken away - quite painless. It's a good-sized microwave - good-sized plate-sized! Works fine, quite simple/straightforward to operate - I purchased for the looks - mirror finish is lovely and the size - not too big in my small kitchen.

Easy to use

I really didn’t think this one through when buying but the mirror finish means I can’t see the food while it’s cooking! Still, it’s lovely and stylish and very easy to use.

Very Smart microwave and very easy to operate came with clear instructions

The microwave is quite large, so fits a normal dinner plate. It's quite loud. Two annoying things about it: 1. you can't see through the mirrored surface when the microwave is on to see inside; 2. the timing buttons are in 10 second intervals, and there doesn't seem to be an option to go up in minutes, so you have to press them a lot to get the time you need.

replaced my old sharp microwave of 40 years..... quite happy using this model. not sure on the controls yet , taking awhile to get used to the touch controls, not as easy as my old model. But sure I will get used to it.

Attractive appearance. Though you can see very little through the mirror glass and cannot check whether something is coming to the boil. Bright white interior is good when you open the door.
