We had an old under the counter fridge which I could never find anything in, and a large chest freezer. With the kids all having left home we wanted to downsize the freezer and upsize the fridge. This is just excellent because I can see everything in the fridge now, it is light, bright and airy and of course frost free which is amazing. The extra chill drawer is the best feature in my opinion because when you defrost food you can pop it in there and it remains fresh and super chilled for much longer plus you can quickly chill food and drinks that you might want at a lower temperature. I know my kids will be using this for their extra cold coke zero when they visit and I''ve even got a bowl of ice cubes in there so I can use them one by one instead of them all sticking together in a lump in the freezer! Perfect for my G &T s!.So my new fridge freezer is in our utility room where it runs super quietly. It''s easy to use, loads of space, much more than I had previously, so no precariously perched items on top of each other, a place for everything.The freezer space is just right for the two of us and although it''s less than we had before it''s quite enough and again all frost free.I like that the fridge has an alarm for if you leave the door open too. All in all a great price for lots of great features. When I chose this model it seemed to be to have everything I needed at a reasonable price. Mine is in silver and it''s not got any hand marks on it, it still looks like new after two weeks of use. The temperature display is easy to operate and see and it seems to have power efficiency, much better than our old frosty appliances. I''m super pleased and would highly recommend it.

My first impression was that this was a stylish and spacious appliance both inside and out. I really liked the the larger proportion of cooler space to freezer. The thin shelves allowed for more food space within the appliance. The freezer space is more than adequate for general weekly use, and the frost free element is a really attractive selling point. Perhaps a 'Quick-start' sheet on what to do with the controls and how long to leave it after switching on before filling with food and drink would really help. Overall, my first impression has confirmed our choice of AEG as a good decision for this fridge freezer.

Pleasantly surprised by the layout and the space this fridge freezer has. We were able to turn the appliance on just three hours after receiving delivery. There are displays to indicate the temperature, and an alarm if the door is left open, which is really handy! The fridge space seems light and airy with extra drawers for cold cuts and another for fruit and vegetables. On plugging in the appliance I was a little concerned about the noise level, however a few days in this has subsided so think it may just be when reaching optimum temperature. The only slight issue is that the appliance doesn't seem to have the spacers on the back as detailed in the instructions. Frost free so far too, which is delightful and was the main reason for wanting a new fridge freezer.

Thought I would measure the space it was going into night before delivery. Very foolish as did not fit after a few cutting of worktops got in just. Very impressed by the inside design. It has handles are part of the door opening with left hand, being right handed it says can change door but space not permitted. I like the 2 draws for keeping salads and the like fresh for longer this is the best feature. When you open there is a nice fresh feel to it compartments are laid out nicel. The frost free freezer is a must and very good would highly recommend. Lesson learnt measure up first
