Three fridges delivered, all damaged with large dents on the doors. I’m not blaming A.O for this as they were straight out of the packaging. Poor quality product. Still waiting for original delivery to be collected so our refund is processed. Would not buy Samsung fridge again.

This is the 4th Samsung fridge freezer we have had delivered since end of July. All have been damaged on opening. One foot and wheel missing, one with both doors dented wouldn’t close properly, one top 2 hinges broken so doors wouldn’t seal properly so temperature wouldn’t be constant . 4th one tiny dent by water dispenser. Actually asked AO if they were seconds but AO confirmed they are brand new. Samsung customer service absolutely shocking. But A O have been very helpful sorting out replacements and been very supportive. First ever Samsung large appliance have always had LG in the past but after reading the reviews tried Samsung. The product quality is very poor as all the damage we have had must have been done from the factory or in transit. The fridge itself is great but they obviously need to be packed better .

Fridge is fantastic big doors for the fridge and freeze Bit different for the big freezer door at the bottom The guys delivering it were good and ao held it until we had space to receive it. No marks on the packaging but once it was unboxed the door was dented, contacted ao who did offer a replacement or a partial refund, once speaking to ao it was only a 5% refund

Looks good and it's working well (only had it for a few weeks so far though). Love having the fridge all at eye level and the freezer below. Fridge is very spacious with some clever flexible shelving features. Freezer is also very large. Runs very quietly. Ice and cold water dispenser is the only slight weakness. There is no drip tray, so any drops or ice that miss the glass run down the front of the fridge. This seems like a strange oversight in the design which could easily be fixed. More seriously, on a few rare occasions the pad you press to activate the water sticks, so the water keeps flowing, running down the fridge and even onto the top of the freezer drawer if there's lots of it. This can be avoided once you are aware of the risk and check the water has stopped flowing before removing your glass. Overall, on the basis of the first few weeks, this appears to be a great fridge freezer which I would recommend.

Black Steel is a very nice stylish looking finish, the water/ice dispenser works well and the fridge is vast and more flexible in arrangement that first thought. The drawers at the bottom and good sizes. The door shelves are great on right hand side and of course more limited on the dispenser side. Freezer draw is excellent and a particular reason we purchased as the cold doesn't 'fall' out whenever it's opened. The dispenser really could use a drip tray though. Heads up - this fridge should not be placed directly alongside a wall as the door opening requires more than 90degrees for the drawers to open freely. We had to redesign the kitchen around this issue specifically. Overall, very happy, let's see how long it lasts.

Overall we are very happy with our new fridge. The fridge space is vast and we love the french larder style design whereby the freezer is below the fridge, instead of the two being side by side. Our only critisism so far is there is no removeable drip try under the water/ice dispenser and with 5 kids that means we get a lot of water runs down the front of the fridge door

Really nice looking product, unfortunately there was a screw missing when putting the handles on and I still haven't been able to get this sorted with AO. Hopefully it arrives soon, so I can full utilities this beautiful fridge freezer

Very large fridge freezer, plenty of storage . Lacks a wine rack and crushed ice comes out all over the floor, it seems to miss the glass every time!
