4 stars as the fridge freezer is great but comes with an external filter which I find is way more inconvenient than being able to open the fridge and change the water filter as in our previous Samsung. This one needs a hose that feeds into the water filter and the filter is then either attached to the wall behind the fridge freezer meaning you have to pull the whole unit out to change the filter and you can’t push it back as far as you’d like or you can make a hole in a cupboard and feed the hose and filter through to access it in there. However, it is sent with a very short plumbing water hose meaning we had to wait until we could buy a longer hose which isn’t sold just anywhere! So it took a few days before we could actually plumb it in and now the filter is just propped on the top of the fridge freezer looking a little messy as we haven’t got round to making a hole in the cupboard! Otherwise everything as you’d expect and hopefully it will last given the amount paid for it!

Very pleased with the delivery guys who carried this large fridge freezer down 30 steps without complaining. The actual product is great we like the large fridge with great compartments for fresh food below. The freezer is slightly smaller than the previous one we had and to access ice one needs to open the bottom drawer which isn’t a big deal. The only issue we had was with the water supply components supplied would not fit into the space due to such a short pipe so we had to plumb it in using a regular water filter instead luckily having had American fridge freezers before we were able to do this.

Not had it long but so far it’s excellent. The fridge is huge and the freezer drawers are perfect to make sure nothing gets lost. Veg stays really fresh and it runs so quietly. So far, very happy with the purchase, yes it’s expensive compared to most other fridge-freezers but I think you get what you pay for.

This fridge is fantastic, extremely happy with this purchase. There is so much space in the fridge and the lighting within the fridge makes it very welcoming every time you open the doors. We have noticed that fruit and veg last much longer which is so much better than our previous fridge. The slide out draws of the fridge are great, allows you to put items in there easily. the freezer compartment is just brilliant, with the ice box automatically filling the ice box up based on how often you use it becomes handy once it get full, this takes a couple of days but is great. Again having slide out draw inside the freezer allows you see what is in the compartment easily. we are so happy with this that we are no looking at other Fisher & Paykel appliances to purchase.

Smart looking product. There is certainly a better quality to competing equivalents at the lower end of the market.

An expensive fridge freezer but you get what you pay for. Great interior size, quiet and well made. Never had a Fisher & Paykel product before and I am very happy with my purchase.......so far !
