Amazing fridge so much storage space and the ichoose draw is so handy. I feel so prepared for Christmas now knowing I will be able to fit all the food and drinks in the fridge. I am ready to hibernate for the winter ??

Absolutely love this fridge freezer, can't fault it. Looks beautiful and works perfectly. Love the middle section (separate drawer) that can be used for multiple purposes just by controlling the temperature. The water and ice functions are great and the touch panel is easy to use. All doors and drawers have good seals and feel robust and alarm feature let's you know if they're left open for too long Couldn't be happier!

I did a lot of research before buying this fridge freezer, and for the functions that were key for me. Having compartments that you can pick separate temperatures meaning I can have meat still frozen but quicker to defrost makes planning meal times easier. The fact there is a water tank in the centre of the fridge instead of being plumbed means cold water or ice at the push of a button which is fab. It's overall litre capacity means life will be easier with less trips to the shops!

Really delighted with this fridge freezer. Great capacity and we like the flexibility that the top drawer can be either fridge or freezer. Loving crushed ice for my drinks and really quick and easy to refill the water tank

Loving the fridge freezer. So much space, love the ice/water machine. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Delivery was very quick and efficient arrivig the next day. This Hisense fridge seems great. Love the French doors providing a large, bright open space. The freezer drawers are far better than drawers behind a door and the middle drawer will be really helpful at times as it can be additional firdge or freezer temperatures. No plumbing is convenient and the water and ice machine is easy to fill. So far so good.

This is a difficult one. I’ve given it 5 stars as the one I have is great. Good size, 4.2L Water cooler with ice maker. Both dispensed through the front. 2 freezer draws, the upper having a variable temp setting to function as deep freeze, soft freeze, or additional fridge space. Though the fridge itself is big enough to fit the Mrs in. (No I’ve not tried). However, this is the second one I’ve had as the first had a fault with the thermostat, meaning the top draw didn’t get cold at all. And the lower freezer flashed up a fault code on the display even though it appeared to work. Delivery was also difficult. Due to its size the delivery guys needed to take the doors and draw front off, and put them back on again. The screws are all in so tight that the screw heads got mashed during this process. So a few days later when the replacement arrived, the delivery guys couldn’t get the old one out and the new one in. So a 3rd delivery/collection had to be arranged with a specialist team. When the first one was first plugged in the faults were soon identified. The fridge comes with a 2 year warranty so I called the number AO provided. The system sent me through to Hisense who said they would send out an engineer. The first available date was 2 weeks later. This is the service you get under warranty from Hisense for a product not 24hrs old. So, I called AO. They offered to replace the thing within 2 days. Ok so it took 5 due to delivery issues mentioned above. But we got there. So in summary. Fridge is great once you get it in and get one that works. If you buy one, firstly measure your doorways so you know it’ll fit. Secondly, buy it through AO. Their customer service post purchase is excellent. Advisers are helpful. Understanding. Easy to deal with. And best of all. They even call you back to keep you updated. And that’s why I’m giving this 5stars. It’s about the overall experience.
