Great Product; Hisense/Pacifica awful

I have given this 3 stars, not because it isn't a great product, because it is fab. The problem is Hisense and Pacifica who are the support engineers they use/contract out to. There are simply not enough engineers to fix issues promptly. So our lovely appliance bought because it has an ice maker has not dispensed ice since it arrived. We waited nearly 2 weeks ( yes I know great isn't it?) for an engineers visit. He couldn't fix the problem and a further visit was scheduled for 10 days later...this has now been pushed back further to after Christmas. Now I am a 5 star member so AO have been informed and if the next attempt doesn't fix the issue it is going to be returned. If you have a Hisense appliance that works - lucky you, if not be prepared for a loooooong wait or give up and return it straight away
