Had 5 different ones delivered to my house in the end, all 5 had the same damage to the left hand door. Packaging was intact for 3/5 of the deliveries so deemed to be an issue with manufacturer. Will avoid anything Hisense again.

Item initially seems promising and as expected, however the material used for the outside seems quite weak - during delivery we already noticed minor dents which could only be seen with a light on. So it could do with a stronger material/metal being used.

I ordered this fridge because we having a new kitchen and needed a new fridge anyway. My last one was a side by side American. The layout of this style is so much easier, having the fridge up top and drawers at the bottom. We now have so much usable space, due to the layout of the inside. It's very quite and appears to keep stuff much colder than my old one. We are currently using the first drawer to keep drinks cold, but may change it to a freezer drawer when we need to. We haven't used the cold water dispenser yet. The only downside is no ice dispenser, which we had in the old fridge. However I couldn't justify the extra £400 for that. All in all I love it, it looks very stylish with the grey interior and the black outside doesn't show finger marks like my old stainless steel one!

100% satisfied we love this fridge. Although it arrived with slight dent at first but it was replaced next day. All delivery drivers and over the phone agents were friendly and very helpful. Fridge is spacious and with option to change middle drawer to fridge or freezer is amazing ??. Also the ice tray that comes with a box so you can make more ice then only one ice tray is something I did not expect and am over the moon for.

This Hisence Pureflat American fridge freezer is fantastic! The temperatures inside are spot on, slad remains crisp and fresh days after use by dates so is already saving me money! The freezer drawers are so smooth and because it is so quick to find what i’m looking for i am saving electric into the bargain. The ability to vary the temperature of the top drawer is incredibly useful if i run out of fridge space for drinks in the hot weather! I highly recommend this fridge/freezer for families.

Great looking item, contemporary styling but boy is it heavy!! Loads of room in the fridge, the bottom drawer is huge and you can purpose the middle drawer to be a fridge or a freezer for added flexibility.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The fridge freezer is a dream. Massive praise to the delivery guys, super enthusiastic even at 7pm on a Saturday night!! Total respect ????
