Firstly, please let me assure you that I have no issue whatsoever with AO, I can't fault their service. However, please be very wary when buying this item as in the manual, which comes with it (too late as I'd already bought it), it states that there has to be a 30cm clearance above it!! If I'd have known this, then I wouldn't have bought it as I have limited space in my small kitchen and it has to go under a combi boiler, which doesn't have this clearance. So it intermittently, it now makes quite a loud noise and Russell Hobbs have washed their hands of the issue. Hence this will now shorten the life of it and I feel like I have wasted a lot of money.

Works well, looks good. Nice fridge freezer with easy to use temperature settings. A little skinny, but product dimensions are given in description, so my bad. I was particularly impressed by the customer and delivery service. The two guys who came, got it up two flights of stairs, unpacked and installed it and took my old one away... all in a matter of minutes. Excellent job.

Excellent fridge freezer. Looks superb in black. Very quiet and the interior LED light brightly illuminates the interior. Highly recommended.

Compact fridge that fits nicely into a small space. We can get a decent amount of food in both the fridge and freezer and it feels sturdy and well made. It was quite noisy for the first few days but that seems to have settled now.

For the price, its a reliable little fridge freezer, but it is quite small (especially the draw at the bottom of the fridge). The door is also quite low down so I have to bend to open either part, which is a bit annoying.

Due to size limitations I needed a narrow width fridge/freezer under 150cm high and this is the perfect size and suitable for a couple. Fridge shelves are well laid out and freezer drawers are a good size. Working very well on a lower setting than advised in instructions. Seems well made, good quality and sturdy. I registered for the 2 year guarantee too.

This is absolutely perfect for me, nice big fridge and 3 drawers in the freezer, I batch cook and freeze a lot of things now there is plenty room for me to make plenty for over winter. It looks good as well, the black with chrome handles matches in my kitchen. I had the doors reversed as it was easier for me to get into and the price was very good too.
