Hopefully mine is a one off, but my product never satisfactorily got to and maintained proper temperature either in the fridge which stubbornly stayed at about 5/6C , or in the freezer section which got to about -15 and stayed there. Currently with resolution for a refund or whatever. Disappointed and surprised. Unit is also smaller than I had thought, but that’s just my impression …. Cannot recommend this product.

Stay away from this fridge freezer. Mine developed a fault when stuff in fridge starts to freeze on setting no2. Back panel looks like a water fall where it is constantly wet turning fresh food soggy. AO is no help at all refused a replacement and had to deal with the manufacturer. STAY AWAY

Firstly, please let me assure you that I have no issue whatsoever with AO, I can't fault their service. However, please be very wary when buying this item as in the manual, which comes with it (too late as I'd already bought it), it states that there has to be a 30cm clearance above it!! If I'd have known this, then I wouldn't have bought it as I have limited space in my small kitchen and it has to go under a combi boiler, which doesn't have this clearance. So it intermittently, it now makes quite a loud noise and Russell Hobbs have washed their hands of the issue. Hence this will now shorten the life of it and I feel like I have wasted a lot of money.

Makes more noise than I was expecting.

The product is pretty noisy considering its size, very cold inside which is a great thing, more than enough room inside for a single person, overall 3 out of 5.

Does what it says on the tin if you have small children who may pull on doors it isn’t very stable the door is tuff to open and therefore destabilise the whole fridge.

For the price, its a reliable little fridge freezer, but it is quite small (especially the draw at the bottom of the fridge). The door is also quite low down so I have to bend to open either part, which is a bit annoying.
