BEWARE - INTERIOR LIGHT CANNOT BE CHANGED

    1/5
We’ve had two of these in 18 months. First one the interior light stopped working within 4 months. Second one the interior light lasted just under 18 months. As you cannot change the interior bulb yourself the product is not fit for purpose. Manufacturer believe the LED light should last 5 years but if it only lasts 12 months they won’t take any responsibility. Lovely looking microwave that cooks well but for the money it’s really not worth it. If you try to claim the product isn’t fit for purpose you will be asked to supply an engineers report. Love it

Fantastic microwave. A lot more space than a normal microwave and cooks things evenly without having hotspots.

    Sleek and modern

Larger than expected but really great appearance, sleek and clean lines. Very modern!

too big for a small kitchen

Happy with my purchase so much better than my old microwave for through heating and cooking. However it takes up too much room as the instructions say that there should be 30cms space above it and 20cms space at the sides.

    Love item

    WARNING DANGEROUS MICROWAVE

    1/5
I Purchased this microwave just over a year ago and after being very happy with everything about it the internal light started to flash . After searching for an answer online I found out that you can’t just replace the bulb yourself you have to get an engineer out (I was quoted £50+vat call out fee by a local engineer) and pay Russell Hobbs £10 for the bulb so you’re probably looking at a £100 repair when all said and done. On that basis I was just going to use it with a flashing bulb / no bulb however when I looked online at other reviews from other retailers (amazon, very, little woods etc) there’s lots and lots of people having the exact same issue with this microwave also just outside the 12 month warranty and worryingly some reviewers go on to say that after the bulb issue the microwave broke completely and in some cases set on fire (even when not in use!) therefore as much as this microwave looks great she has the flatbed / very roomy etc I’m now stuck with a microwave I don’t dare plug in and when I do plug it in to use it I cover the plug socket the whole time incase I need to unplug if it sets on fire! As it’s out of warranty all ao could offer mr was to pay towards the engineer visit which would still leave me out of pocket or give me a money off voucher for another microwave but considering what I paid for this one it’s leaving me substantially out of pocket just over a year on from buying it. I thought I’d be better paying more for a microwave but this has only lasted a fraction of the time my previous argos basics microwave lasted. If you do still feel the urge to but this (and I’ve told ao I think it needs to be recalled) then do yourself a favour and pay for an extended warranty . I hope this helps someone

    Love my new microwave
