    Could not remove hinges to swap door round, have to wait 10 days for an engineer. Also had to remove 1 tray to fit the large milk in.

    Terrible layout

    Fridge layout is very poor. Door won’t fit a standard 4 pint carton of milk which leaks lying in the wine rack. Seems a pretty basic requirement in a fridge! Shelves can’t change position. Prime space is wasted on a wine rack. Ideal fridge if you only drink wine! No ice maker section. Bought because it was available for quick delivery when previous fridge broke. Would not have chosen otherwise.

    It frustrates me these days that there is a lack of places to look at the likes of furniture and white goods in person. Our old fridge stopped working so we needed a new one asap. Communication, delivery and install was fantastic. Unfortunately the new fridge doesn’t allow for a bottle of wine to fit with a stopper. The door is notorious for not closing properly but not enough to trigger the alarm. The freezer space is also way smaller than our old one but unfortunately we had no way of finding out the model to compare freezer capacity.

    YOU CANNOT FIT MILK IN THIS FRIDGE!!!!!!!!! This fridge is great in so many ways, however milk is the fundamental product needed to store - you cannot fit 4/6 pint cartons in this fridge. The most frustrating purchase ever. How can basic dimensions not be accounted for? I don’t want to buy 2 pint cartons of milk at a premium cost forever!!!! Purely on this basis I would avoid purchasing. Such a shame

    Good point and bad points

    Like the controls, got cold quickly and very quiet. Build quality isn't great - I have internal door foam on the freezer door poking out. And it's obviously not designed for the UK market - if using the 3 shelves in the fridge door you can put in a 2 litre carton of milk - it just doesn't fit.

    Nice size, but quite noisy and occasionally has water running inside it. I’m going to go to the manufacturer about it.

    Very nice product..Only drawback.... Cannot fit a 4 pint milk container in door shelf.
