Air is being forced over the condenser by the condenser fan. Your refrigerator is designed to run more efficiently to keep your food items at the desired temperature. The high-efficiency compressor may cause your new refrigerator to run longer than your old one, but it is still more energy efficient than the previous models. While the refrigerator is running, it is normal to hear a pulsating or even high-pitched sound, which here isn't the case. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please let us know. We purchased this product on price alone, unfortunately it turned out to have quite a noisy motor. Ultimately we had to exchange it. AO made the exchange process very easy. 5 star service from AO 1 star for product.

Item was delivered with a broken securing foot. This was shown to us by the AO team who were to install the item. Contacted AO who passed the matter to Hinsense who state that parts broken in transit are not covered by warranty. Still waiting for the matter to be resolved. Would not recommend this product as if it comes out of the factory broken I don’t hold out much hope for the rest of it.

Purchased a year ago. Freezer section is poor. Certain foods melting or not freezing. I rang Hisense and was told the freezer doesn’t operate as well below in a room below 16 degrees, so if the room falls below this at any time it will not operate properly. Wouldn’t recommended.

Makes a humming noise which I find quite irritating as my previous fridge was almost silent. Very bright light at the very front of the fridge so light not evenly distributed to the back. Not enough shelf spacing options so couldn't utilize all the space. Wine rack a complete waste of space. Capacity inside fridge somehow reduced - not sure how?

Loud motor. Freezer drawers are not full-size.

Fridge is generally fine BUT the door shelf fell and shattered into loads of pieces after putting a single 2 litre bottle of coke in the door shelf! The image on the website shows 4 large bottles in this shelf and mine failed after only one! Customer service from AO.com/HiSense is terrible, apparently this is a cosmetic item(?!??) and not covered by warranty so I will have to pay for a replacement. I am not impressed

The delivery was good but it has a bad dent when we took the covering off cant find how to complain
