Bought this at the end of January this Yr, threw the box away as was convinced it would be good, how wrong was I, it smells awful, like old fish, washed it all out in warm soapy water, a bit better so went ahead to make simple veg soup, orange lentils, potato, carrots @ swede, went to stir it and was like dark brown stew, wasn't burnt, waited until it cooled and tipped the lot, thought I'd give it another go days later, this time with a joint of beef, set it up on the roast setting and again the fish smell started floating round the room, took the joint of beef out and popped it in tin foil and cooked it in the oven, now I'm stuck with an £89 waste of money item that's only fit for landfill, gutted, bought other things from AO and all have been brilliant, shame about this one

AWFUL. Really badly packaged, which is an odd thing to mention I know but there was just a thin layer of cardboard (not even cornstarch air sacks) between the box and essentially a pressure cooker - never a good idea.. I think this may have been opened? Sadly, everything tastes of plastic, as though it's been kept in an old 1980's plastic foodbox for a couple of weeks, even though it's come straight out and into pyrex and left to cool with no covering/lid in the kitchen. I did give it a good clean before I used it as well, which is annoying. Rice takes an AGE to cook, and is much less economical than just boiling a pan and doing two days worth - even factoring in nuking the day 2 in the microwave. It promises the earth and delivers....nothing. All style, no substance, which is a shame as I used to think Tefal were an innovative company. I was worried it was too cheap to deliver what it promised, and it's exactly that. It's probably good for motorway service stations or those food vans on the side of motorways for packet soup etc, which has so much salt in, you can't taste the plastic. Waste of money. I like to balance reviews with what is good as well as bad about a product....It arrived very promptly. The branding on the box is very visible. Includes UK/EU kettle plug.

Good item, it hasn't failed me yet. The product itself Not very obvious how to use some of the functionalities and the instructions aren't thorough or clear.

Easy to use but the cooking time for rice is longer than expected

So far so good no problem yet my rice cooked perfectly well. Only take long time to cook order than that good.

Cooks superb rice and is useful as a slow cooker. Just what we wanted for Christmas visitor feeding.

Thorough quality and options to cook just about everything.
