Very easy to use app has some great features and overall the product is extremely quiet simple to set temperature and spin speed and great child lock function couldn't be happier reccomend to a friend who is going to buying one

Decent machine. Does everything that you need and more whilst being nice and quiet even on full spin. Good size drum for a family with 3 kids, each with 2 sports clubs each throughout the week. I didn't particularly want WiFi, couldn't see any point in it when you can just push a button. But the app does explain in depth what every setting does and what clothes types they suit, which is better than guessing. Only been a couple of weeks, so can't comment on long term reliability, but I have had no problems with Candy in the past if that's anything to go by. AO service was quick and easy. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful. Altogether a good experience.

This washing machine is fantastic, the price is good and it's full of features. Best is its highly energy efficient, it also looks amazing.

This washing Machine was bought about 6 months ago (April/May 2021) mainly due to its 11kg drum as we do lots of washing. We measure our clothes with a luggage scale by putting them in a large jumbo bag every time & always keep it under 11kg to be on the safe side. However the machine packed in within 6 months & at one time even made loud clanging bangs from the motor & was also making a whistling sound whilst the drum was trying to turn. So we contacted Candy & booked an engineer (within guarantee). Parts took over a week for this machine & we had around 7 bags of laundry piled up by then. Now thankfully it’s all fixed (new motor & a new control board as the faulty motor blew the control board) however we don’t feel this appliance is something that we can rely on anymore to wash our clothes whilst there’s nobody home. The Wifi feature is however helpful & allows you to select various programs (by weight) which is how we mainly use it. The feature that sends a notification that your washing cycle is complete (even when phone on data mode) is also helpful so there are features that are helpful hence 2 stars Candy.

Easy to install so well packaged to ensure there would be no damage in transit. Teh design is sleek and elegant we slotted it straight into our utility and it looks great. The rapid wash options are fantastic especially for the dog when he comes in and out of the garden we can easily get his towels washed every day. Would highly recommend

I brought the same brand dryer and I can’t fault either products both fantastic and good value for money made my life so much easier with this machine thanks to the large drum capacity
