This is my first venture into the world of American fridge freezers and I can definitely say I am not disappointed!! Despite it being one of the smaller ones available it's a fantastic size (we used to constantly run out of room in our normal sized fridge and this one constantly looks empty!!) The open door beep is really useful and I LOVE the fact you have the choice for fridge or freezer for the bottom compartment! Can't fault it, and it looks great too! Delivery and service absolutely brilliant too!!

The Hisense fridge has excellent facilities, large capacity and is frost free. It comes in two widths so the slimmer version is ideal for limited space in our kitchen. As yet not found anything we don't like.

Nice appliance, but doors don't close automatically and centre closing bar doesn't look like it will last too long.

Pleased overall with this fridgefreezer, both the fridge and the freezer have room to hold a great deal, more than enough for a family. My only criticism is that it's noisier than my last one, makes lots of popping, humming and cracking noises.

Extremely pleased with the fridge /freezer. It looks exactly as pictured and dimensions accurate. Great light inside. Very generous drawers for keeping fruit/salad fresh. Very good door shelving, great for large milk containers and sauces etc. Highly recommend. It is also extremely quiet, almost silent. The only downside is the door opening, it feels like it could be smoother but will likely ease up over time.

I am somewhat disappointed with the SS American Fridge Freezer. The doors are supposed to be self closing, but, unbelievably, the instructions in the User’s Operation Manual states “TO ALLOW THE DOORS TO SELF-CLOSE, TILT THE TOP BACKWARDS BY ABOUT 10mm! That IS NOT SELF-CLOSING. My kitchen cupboards and drawers are not tilted to make the doors self close, or wardrobe and chests of drawers! Furthermore, the egg storage trays supplied (2 each for 6 eggs) WILL NOT FIT THE DOOR STORAGE RACKS, even though this is the designated position indicated in the Operation Manual photograph.

Bought this in April. Thought I should wait a while to get beyond first impressions. This is by far the best fridge/freezer I have ever owned. The capacity is very good and extremely flexible. The shelf life of fresh fruit and vegetables is stunning. In a world where we are beig encouraged to use the snif test rather than arbitrary date on packaging this fridge has given me confidence to use food I would have previously thrown into the compost. As a result our food budget is noticably lower despite rising prices. Nothing would encourage me to go back to using a standard fridge or freezer. Frosting? never seen any in the 9 months it has been runing.

Bought July 2021 broke down December 2021. Warranty service couldn’t obtain part required until 29/12/2021 leaving me without fridge freezer over Christmas? I will never buy Hisense product again.
