    Fridge temperature too high

    I set the fridge at 4C as recommended but the fridge was always above that. I set it at 3C and still the fridge was above 5C

    Loved the idea of the option to use one section as either fridge or freezer but unfortunately the fridge & regular freezer were not working when delivered. Luckily we got this item exchanged for a different brand

    A freezer with a dent

    Product is okay, arrived with a dent, seems solid enough. Delivery was not greatest experience - took two attempts with the first guys saying it was a three man job and I needed to rearrange but no such thing exists with this company so bare that in mind if you are requesting delivery. They also broke the house sign on my gate while attempting the first delivery.

    Mixed feelings

    Mixed feelings with this fridge freezer. Looks great from the front but the sides are not stainless steel and mine did arrive with marks on the stainless steel parts already so maybe not that durable finish i was after. The ice cube try broke on first use. But i love the fridge compartment and like the fact you can set each of the 2 freezer compartments to different temperatures. It would be nice if the draw compartments pulled out fully so you can get to the back of the draws easily.

    Clean lines and quiet performance

    So far, so good. Had a HiSense model previously, for a few years, and this RQ758N4SASE replaced the previous troublesome beast. So far, impressed by the low/no noise and the use of space..particularly novel are the freezer door integrated shelves..that's a first for us...I like a product that attempts to change habits in a positive way. The new model is rated E whilst the previous model was A (if you believe that). And time will tell if HiSense have got on top of their previously poor QC checks.

    Excellent quality well made and looks great in our kitchen the only small niggle is the lack on wine bottle storage that is horizontal miner point

    Decent large fridge

    This is a decent big fridge. Good technology with different settings and that you can vary the size of the freezer/fridge. Very easy to install etc. Negatives - the left door just doesn’t close smooth due to the design. Many times I’ve closed the left door and the suction has caused the right door to open slightly and this doesn’t set the alarm off. Would I buy again YES. If I had another £500 would I buy a better one probably not, I’d rather have this one and spend the money filling it.
