I would avoid this product. The 1st one delivered had a dent in it. AO were great and swapped it a week later. The replacement arrived and the water / ice dispenser did not work. AO agreed to replace. The Replacement of the replacement arrived. Ice and water worked for the 1st day, then stopped working. Have been waiting 4 months for a replacement part, but is not available. The issue with the water / ice dispenser seems to be a common issue with this make / model. We were advised by our kitchen planner to avoid Hisense. Wish we had listened to them.

It's a very practical fridge freezer with plenty of storage. Design wise, very sleek with a strong presence. The water and ice dispenser is not working and an engineer has been arranged to fix the issue. Make sure the doors are adjusted properly to appear straight. Overall impression is good and I would recommend the product.

I did a lot of research before buying this product and I'm really pleased with it. The fridge is a good size and I love the fact that the right hand bottom unit can be used as a fridge or freezer. We use it as a beer fridge! The drawers all slide wonderfully and are a good size. I have one small criticism which is that the water flow is quite slow. The ice maker is great and you can have cubed or crushed and they come through quickly. You can only top the water ipto 4.2l but we are a famy of 4 with the kids being teenagers and I'm finding I need to refill it every 3-4 days but obviously that will depend on your individual family usage. All in all this is a great product.

After months of looking for a new American fridge freezer we came across this one on the a O.com site. One of the important things for us as a family of four was the size and capacity of the fridge freezer. As an extra feature we wanted a fridge freezer that had a water dispenser and if possible an ice machine without having to have it plumbed in. This offered us both features and we are over the moon with it. The fridge is at a good level so that you don’t have to bend down to look in it has plenty of room in the doors too.All shelves and drawers are well built. The freezer compartment is excellent and a good size and easy access to be able to see and retrieve items from. It is very quiet you hardly know that it is on. All this and the added style of the appliance makes it a must for a modern contemporary home.

Absolutely massive. Can put lots in and is really chilled. Only downside I would say is that you have to open the righthand side door every time to be able to open the lefthand side one

Absolutely love this fridge freezer.Very spacious fridge with varied compartments for storage of different items. Love the double veg / salad boxes you can get much more in than most fridges . Freezer is very well compartmented giving easy access and visibility to frozen items . Much better in my opinion than two large drawers that many freezers have . Would definitely recommend.

Love the fact that you can decide whether to have one of the compartments as either a fridge or freezer.

Ordered this and arrived on Tuesday . Plugged in on the Friday morning. Saturday afternoon was able to use the Fridays food, freezer -& Top the water up for ice water. Sunday Morning not working. A technician not able to come until middle December! Very disappointing.
