Very good. However, I’m still getting use to it. If I put carrots in the left hand veg drawer they freeze but don’t freeze in the right hand drawer! Bizarre! Love the fact you can have an extra fridge. The ice crush is brill. But the water doesn’t get cold.

It's a very practical fridge freezer with plenty of storage. Design wise, very sleek with a strong presence. The water and ice dispenser is not working and an engineer has been arranged to fix the issue. Make sure the doors are adjusted properly to appear straight. Overall impression is good and I would recommend the product.

Good fridge so far

I am very happy with how spacious the fridge is, the fact you can choose if you want the bottom right side of the appliance to be a fridge or freezer is really good. However the main function being the water facility does not work. Pipe keeps freezing. I’ve had the product less than 1 week and it’s needed an engineer. The ice part works fine. I’d probably not of bought the product if I knew this was a common fault as the main reason was the ice/water facility.

We have had the fridge now for 1 week and the Ice maker has stopped working, arranged a call out from Hisense in a weeks time, not a great start, the fridge / freezer does work OK and has great storage.

After many weeks of doing research I bought one of these units at the beginning of September, quick delivery and fitting by Ao.com. ld fridge freezer taken away. I very quickly found out the water pump did not work. Reported this to Ao.com as Hisense didn't answer my call. They arranged for an engineer to come and assess. He didn't arrive - no call cancelling . This was a very noisy unit. Apparently they knew the issue without seeing it and arranged for a completely new unit as they didnt have the part . Number 2 unit delivered and fitted . They checked the water pump before leaving and it worked . Within a short period it stopped working . Another call to both Ao and Hisense and I was told to turn the unit off for 30 seconds and take the water unit out and replace . This solved the issue. For a week . Water went off again so tried this again but it didn't work , then it worked ,then it didnt. Ao was very good arranging an engineer who came out and assessed the issue. I was told it had happened to others and the pipework was freezing up and that was why it was intermittently not working . Ao arranged a full refund for me as I didn't want a repair on a brand new item . It is a lovely fridge freezer but the water issue was very annoying and disappointing . When the men came to pick it up for the return I was told by one arrogent male scratching his head it just needed the pipe work connecting to water supply ! I told him its a known fault and not what the engineer said and by the way its a non plumbed appliance ! Can't fault Ao.com staff they were very helpful and apologetic all the way through. Hisense don't answer the phones but respond quickly if you go through Ao. Com staff and have a three way conference call. I have spent a total of 2 1/2 hours over two months on the phone sorting this out. Had two units , saw 6 delivery men , two engineers one who didnt turn up , and had multiple conference calls . I have now bought one elsewhare without the ice box and the water container is in the door . MUCH better unit .

I would avoid this product. The 1st one delivered had a dent in it. AO were great and swapped it a week later. The replacement arrived and the water / ice dispenser did not work. AO agreed to replace. The Replacement of the replacement arrived. Ice and water worked for the 1st day, then stopped working. Have been waiting 4 months for a replacement part, but is not available. The issue with the water / ice dispenser seems to be a common issue with this make / model. We were advised by our kitchen planner to avoid Hisense. Wish we had listened to them.
