Water dispenser not working. Engineer due out to repair after less than two weeks. Poor show

Ordered this and arrived on Tuesday . Plugged in on the Friday morning. Saturday afternoon was able to use the Fridays food, freezer -& Top the water up for ice water. Sunday Morning not working. A technician not able to come until middle December! Very disappointing.

Delivered and worked a dream! Looks amazing too! Woke up next day to the water dispenser stopped working (as other reviews state) it seems like the pipes the water flows through are blocked or frozen - poor design. AO have been amazing and are sending an engineer out so hopefully that saves it but considering other reviews - someone has been waiting 4 months for a part - AO can take it back and replace it! Shame as it's a beautiful fridge and worked on day 1... fingers crossed!

What a dreadful mistake it was buying this fridge. Product arrived dented from factory. Water and ice dispenser broke on the first day. 2 months later an engineer managed to get it working again by replacing the pump, only for it to break that very same day again. I will be calling Hisense first thing and demanding they fix it within 1 week, I’m not waiting around again, or provide an immediate replacement. Stay clear of this fridge, purchase from a reputable brand like LG or Samsung instead.

Worse fridge freezer ever, this is the second one we’ve had from new where the water dispenser and ice making simply won’t work. Only delivered 2 days ago will be calling AO first thing for full refund
