the capacity of the freezer is very poor and the ice machine spits all over the floor - very disappointed. the door compartments of the fridge now have to think what size milk to buy etc.

Love this fridge freezer - it looks really good, is built very well, has lots of space in the fridge, not too bad in the freezer either, the ice does come out with a bit of a whoosh and there is some background noise when the water/ice compressor is active, but overall we are very happy with our purchase, would recommend

Nice piece of kit but I agree with a previous review it does kick a bit of ice on the floor when dispensing but it looks good and does the job well

Had it a few weeks now and the machine is brilliant. The ice machine is great so far - had a house warming party and the ice machine catered for 60 heavy drinkers!! I would also lime to thank AO delivery men as they unpacked it and placed it in the right position for my pregnant girlfriend. Much appreciated

We bought this as a replacement to our older Samsung fridge freezer which died in the heatwave and was too old to get fixed. It certainly looks lovely and all the functions are the same. It’s a bit noisier though. Not enough to send it back but it’s definitley louder than the old one.

Excellent looking fridge with good functions. Nice and quiet. Only thing that lets this product down is water installation instructions.

We had a similar model to this one five years ago. When it decided to leave us after 10years of loyal service we replaced with a different model. This one only lasted 5 years (even though it cost more). We’ve gone back to the model that served us well and so far we aren’t disappointed. There is no chemical taste due to the filter, it runs quietly and cooled down within a couple of hours of plugging in. So far so good - hope it lasts us longer than five years.

We ordered this as a replacement for our old one which was damaged after 12 years service & never once had a problem. This machine is superb, looks stunning in situ and coordinates with our new kitchen perfectly. Plenty of room in both the fridge and freezer and I especially like the new bottle storage in the fridge, as if I needed an excuse to buy an extra couple of bottles of vino. It's quiet, practical and does exactly what it's meant to do. The water cooler and ice machine work perfectly well and Samsung have changed the drip tray so t'snow so much easier to clean. (May be worth mentioning that the finish on our clean steel version is also very easy to wipe clean with no smears) All in all, we wouldn't buy another brand as Samsung really do have the edge on the competition. We're very happy customers and would recommend this product to everyone.
