We had the older model for 12 years - so thought let’s just replace like for like. Sadly the fridge freezer was faulty ! We lost a fridge freezer full of food. But AO replaced the fridge quickly , as soon as Samsung engineer deemed it faulty. However we this model was no longer in stock , so it was replaced for another Samsung model , we are waiting for an engineer again as the fridge light and control panel are not working ! Can’t fault AO but it’s been hit and miss dealing with Samsung ...

For the price you pay, you expect something that will look good for a few good years. There is, in my view, a design fault to this fridge freezer at the water dispenser area where there is not escape route to water drops. Every time you use it, drops of water happen inevitably, but this water makes its way into the fridge outer casing. Today, 6 months since purchasing it, there are water bubbles spreading all around. Customer service tells me this is my lack of maintenance and water should be wiped off with a cloth. Who has time for this?

Love the look and features but it is sooo noisy! Really unhappy as it is advertised as being quiet. Definatejy is not. I am in the process of contacting Samsung for a replacement.

Fridge / Freezer looks very good, interior space is larger than model (12 years old) that it replaced. However it is much noisier! Ours sits in kitchen / diner and when compressor is working it is much louder than the old unit that it replaced. Bordering on annoying!

I'm very happy with the fridge freezer but only giving three stars as within three days I have noticed scarches on the ice and water levers, I've searched all reviews on here and found no others reviews like mine ! So not sure if it's just a fault on my machine!

The drinks dispenser leaks .plus if your installing this your self be aware there is a transit wheel bolted underneath that you will need to remove yourself. You are not told this. But you cannot level the fridge freezer up with it on . There is no instructions on how to do this either . Basically with 2 people one has to tilt it right back whilst the other one unbolts it

Pleased with the american fridge freezer but terrible installation from them.

the capacity of the freezer is very poor and the ice machine spits all over the floor - very disappointed. the door compartments of the fridge now have to think what size milk to buy etc.
