This is so much more noisy than the first one we bought in 2009. It makes loud banging noises periodically, sometimes up to 10 times a day

It arrived on the Saturday by Wednesday it started to make an awful noise so we had to turn it off and then on again about 6 times before the noise stopped. Even though it was days old they won't replace it for new you have to get an engineer out we are still waiting. Nearly a month after.

Smart looking but smaller than my previous Samsung American fridge freezer

Good product. Larger inside than older models although with cheaper plastics. Controls are better on inside than the old fading led lights that meant you no longer knew the temperature!

Looks great, ice maker is brilliant, and a great capacity.

Great fridge, really quiet. Only problem is that it has so much capacity we have to keep buying more food because it looks empty. The fridge surface does scratch quite easily, I moved a magnet and it scratched the finish - I’m probably the only one who will notice but will have to be extra careful in the future which is a bit annoying, expected the finish to be a bit more durable. AO listing says it doesn’t do crushed ice, but it does.

Amazing amount of space inside both the fridge and freezer. Very easy to plumb in. Got up to temp very quickly after turning on. Some family members say it is a little louder than our last one. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Good product , replacing similar one from 10 Years ago. Nice finish on outside.
