Product is very spacious in the fridge and the freezer, unlike our previous model which lost a lot of space due to the ice compartment. Lots of handy shelves including a drink holding one which gives more space in the door: The product said black but it’s more like a dark grey.

We’ve had this about a month now & can’t fault it. There is the added bonus of a 5 year guarantee, should it be needed. The last one, an LG item, which was much the same, conked out after three years & we were treated like imbeciles by LG “Customer Service”. Never anything from LG, onwards & upwards with Samsung

Amazing product, fairly straight forward to connect, only real issue we had was getting it in through the front door, we had to take both fridge and freezer door off which is not too complicated. Unit must have enough room to open both doors fully (almost 180 degrees from closed position) otherwise its impossible to remove the drawers. Stylish, quiet, roomy and wow does it keep stuff cold! Well worth the cost.
