Looks ideal but the doors are so chunky that they do not open fully because of space near the wall. This prevents the drawers in the fridge and freezer from being opened fully, restricting access. Unsure why they designed this new model with super chunky doors. Would have expected the deign to look more modern and high tech. The water dispenser unit looks cheap compared to an older Samsung model we had.

After having my last Samsung American Fridge Freezer for 15 years when it started going faulty it was a no brainer to choose another. It is a lovely fridge freezer and despite externally it being the same size as the last one, is bigger inside. Loads of storage space. It also has an audible alert when left open which is great and a good light so you can see every shelf.

Only just received our new Samsung American Style fridge freezer but seems a Quality product and also very stylish. Much improved on our 10 year old American fridge freezer that this has replaced.

Fantastic and huge fridge freezer. Replaced an old one which had the same external dimensions but this one is far bigger inside, brilliant design.

For 18years had Samsung American FF with ice/water dispenser with filter inside was extremely happy. It also had a wine rack & slim drawer directly under it. Sadly, had to replace with a new Samsung again. Settled for same WITHOUT water/ice dispenser as the filter refill bracket has to be drilled on to a wall AND no wine rack + slim drawer available. That’s the disappointment. Otherwise happy.

The product is just what we wanted and the customer service and delivery was exceptional (as usual). Thank you AO

Looks great, takes on a bronze colour in sunlight and darkens as the light drops, have to be careful when filling a glass of water as the water outlet is very forward and can miss the glass, far better to stretch out one finger as you hold the glass. The water doesn’t seem as cold as our old Samsung, much more storage room both inside the fridge and freezer. Marked it down because of the sharp corners at the top rear which could cut you if you caught them while placing something on top of the fridge for storage. Very quiet in operation especially the ice production compared to our old fridge
