Our previous Samsung American style fridge freezer lasted 13 years, so we replaced it with another Samsung, its the same outer size and water connection, but with an external water filter. Good shelf sizes, in both fridge and freezer, the water/ice dispenser could be larger and have a better spill capture, but still a very good appliance.

Fantastic fridge freezer. The water filter makes the water taste delicious. The kids love the crushed feature and use it to make plushies! Lots of room. Cools very quickly.

Our previous Samsung American Fridge Freezer was 20 years old! This model is an amazing step up from the old one. Much more interior space and better lighting. It freezes and cools quickly, the water and ice dispenser is excellent. Exterior finish is good. No negatives whatsoever. I can thoroughly recommend this product.

Great fridge and freezer! Keeps vegetables fresher for longer. Loads of space! Space for my beers too! Replaced 2 old style Fridge freezer units which were full and were always needed defrosting. Took all the food from them with ease with room to spare. Also love the filtered cold water and Ice dispenser on the door. Especially with the hot weather. Also I have found it very quiet as it's in an open plan house. And it looks great and goes well in my kitchen. Quality products from Samsung. Would definitely recommend. Also AO delivery team were great getting it in with only mm to spare. Top marks all round ??

Mammoth size and capacity, it was only a few metres from the backdoor to its destination, but it still took a fair amount of work to get it there from the delivery team. Once in place though, it is on plastic rollers and actually fairly easy to shuffle around for fitting and positioning. We needed to plumb it in, but this was fairly straightforward. Now we have a plumbed fridge, I can't imagine being without it. Never has so much cold water been drunk during the summer months, and having ice cubes available instantly has been fantastic. We didn't use them much before because it was always a pain getting them out of ice trays &c - now they are regularly added. Inside, there is a lot of storage space, but you'll probably want to invest in some vertical storage solutions inside. There are quite large height gaps between the shelves, which can be handy for storing tall items e.g. bottles, but can also leave a lot of empty space. The freezer is great and *very* cold. I've seen that some other models offer a way to look inside the freezer or fridge without opening the door, and actually that would be great. Otherwise you do feel you're losing a lot of the efficiency as you open the immense door, and root around.

A stylish American fridge freezer with ice dispenser. I liked the C rating. There are a couple of drawers in each side. I find the shelves impractical especially in the freezer compartment. Why aren’t there just drawers in the freezer part so that you can pull them out to see what is in there? You can’t pack stuff on the shelves conveniently. I would also prefer the doors to be more self closing.

Looks nice, is silent, makes wonderful crushed ice. Freezes things quickly! Loads of space inside. Plumbed in water which is so easy and convenient. I’m really happy with it :)

Love out new appliance....would fully recommend
