A stylish American fridge freezer with ice dispenser. I liked the C rating. There are a couple of drawers in each side. I find the shelves impractical especially in the freezer compartment. Why aren’t there just drawers in the freezer part so that you can pull them out to see what is in there? You can’t pack stuff on the shelves conveniently. I would also prefer the doors to be more self closing.

Love the charcoal colour which goes well with my grey kitchen. Fridge is plenty large enough for 2 of us and at the moment the freezer has adequate space. Water dispenser is good and not too cold! If I had any criticism it is that the salad/veg drawers are deep and it is not easy to access things at the bottom which can easily get forgotten about.

Bought this to replace a samsung usa fridge freezer that we had for 17 years. The doors are very heavy,especially the fridge side but this does aid the C energy rating. Hoping for a lower electricity bill. Love the wine rack. The ice and water dispenser is a bit faffy. The child lock on it is a great idea. On the whole a decent bit of kit. I think we will get used to it.

Smart and sleek looking, fits right into our kitchen. Model is closest replacement for our old Samsung which lasted 17 years! Only negative to the new model is the filter needing to be fixed to a wall outside the fridge and much more fiddly to replace. Old model was a simple twist off/on, located inside the fridge so no space taken up outside. Please rethink this design! Love the C rating.

We've had Samsung American Fridge Freezers before and I find the door on this model to be quite heavy. It's probably just a really strong seal but may cause problems for weaker people. I like The ice maker and water buttons although the water comes out at an angle to one side which may annoy some people.

Great Samsung fridge freezer. Was happy with the price, features and energy rating. Simple installation of the plumbed water and ice dispenser, but you do have to get used to where the water comes out of and check before filling to prevent getting wet feet! Really large fridge capacity, smaller freezer and would have preferred both sides to be equal in capacity…not sure why they don’t do that. The bottom drawers in the fridge and freezer have this little cover that you have to flip up and back down when opening the drawer, not a smooth operation as you’d think it would just close when you shut the drawer…a bit annoying but not a deal breaker. When it arrived it did have a dent in one of the doors, which had occurred before delivery. I needed the fridge that day so the delivery driver called customer support straight away and they immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I have covered the dent / scratch with a fridge magnet and you’d never know! Overall, pleased with the purchase. Hoping it’ll save £ on the electricity bill.

It's not the cheapest by quite a stretch, but if you're reading this you're probably like me, chasing longer term savings on the one appliance you never turn off. I hadn't appreciated how much the energy saving selective cooling would also contribute to reducing noise, but it really is quiet, barring the occasional muffled dispensing of the ice cube tray. This has been crucial to us, switching up to an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge setup, but I'm pleased to report the fridge is quieter than expected (though ours is boxed into the kitchen cabinets). It's been quite a step up in storage for us, and we previously had to think very carefully about what frozen food we could actually fit. No more: there is ample freezer and fridge space for a busy family here. My only gripe is the (still) external filter cartridge where other manufacturers have managed to switch over to front facing ports to easily swap them out. As is, you will have to have a sensible chat with your plumber about the best point of access for an external isolator valve and mount for the filter. I'm happy with ours, but I hope Samsung move onto accessible internal filters going forward. That's the only minor gripe really, but I can't the product itself, which has been working merrily for two weeks now. Thank you AO for the speedy delivery and hookup.
