It looks good and appears to work well too. It is quiet and makes great use of the available space. The negatives: 1. It is described as black but is in fact more like gunmetal grey, which doesn't match the other black kitchen appliances. 2. Looking at it from the front, there is a gap between the doors which reveals the white lining material at the bottom, which spoils the overall look. 3. there is no light in the water/ice dispenser so you will need to turn on the kitchen lights at night to avoid an annoying spillage. Generally happy with the purchase though.

Smart and sleek looking, fits right into our kitchen. Model is closest replacement for our old Samsung which lasted 17 years! Only negative to the new model is the filter needing to be fixed to a wall outside the fridge and much more fiddly to replace. Old model was a simple twist off/on, located inside the fridge so no space taken up outside. Please rethink this design! Love the C rating.

Looks great. Swapped it for similar style 8yr old Samsung American style. Horrified to learn the water filter has to be fitted EXTERNALLY somewhere (not behind it).I had to cut a hole in the cabinet next to accommodate it, as too far to reach the sink!

Loads of space, a great improvement on our previous Samsung. Watch out for the fact that the water filter is external, so you have to find space in an adjacent cupboard (or under). Alternatively save money and leave the filter out. This fridge is also energy rated C which is excellent and reduces running costs.

Fridge & freezer both good. Only complaint so far is the lack of adjustment. Can’t square up doors as only adjustment is on right front, nothing on left. Manual states both sides.

This fridge-freezers great! It brought our energy consumption right down from the moment we plugged it in. It is really quiet and can fit a lot in both fridge and freezer spaces. Dispenser works great, really convenient to have ice, cubed and crushed, on demand. Only thing I'd have liked it to have though is maybe a few more shelves, or the possibility to add in more, especially in the freezer area. Or drawers instead of shelves.

Awesome fridge freezer. Cheaper to run, easy to be organised, simple external design but really expensive looking. Deeper pockets in the fridge door and we can store twice as many things in them as our old fridge. External filter which is space saving and being able to change our freezer into a fridge will be a massive help at different times. Brill

Brilliant! Replaced our 12 year old Maytag and saving upwards of 500 kwhr per year! It is the only model this efficient with a grade C rating. It looks great; has so much more room inside and so easy to use. Keeps everything at the right temperature and the water and ice dispenser is great. My wife says the water tastes perfect! If you're a geek like me you may like the wifi connection. Easy to set up on Samsung smart things. I would highly recommend this product. Only small downside is the external water filter which will mean moving the fridge freezer forward to replace. Not a major problem.
