Very disappointed with our Samsung fridge freezer. When the new fridge freezer arrived as it was black on the front and grey on the sides.It was as stated to be freestanding but a large sticky label had been placed on the side that had left a discolouration to the grey paintwork.The doors were a long way out of level.Also the back legs/ wheels could not be adjusted and even though my floor was level I had to cut and fit a wooden plinth underneath the back of the appliance to get it anywhere near level.Overall now it is fitted we are pleased with the internal layout and water/ ice function

This is my 3rd Samsung. Truthfully would have chosen diff make but space limited in fitted space. Why ir why does this water dispenser not light up? Who in the name of all things fridges thought to make the background black ( so not even light like stainless steel) and then not provide a light???? Second issue- what is with odd filter that has to be attached to back of fridge freezer??? To change whole unit needspulling out! Why? Just Why? Think twice people before ordering unless you like these issues then go for it....

Product is good, but received with costmetic damage

Looks great. Swapped it for similar style 8yr old Samsung American style. Horrified to learn the water filter has to be fitted EXTERNALLY somewhere (not behind it).I had to cut a hole in the cabinet next to accommodate it, as too far to reach the sink!

Looks good but change in interior arrangement has not worked well for me

Great fridge, all that chatter about external water filter is not a problem - we have the filter under the sink where the connection is, easy to change and doesn’t get in the way. However if you have a child with sensory issues - be careful - it’s very quite but a particularly high pitched triggering noise.

Easy to install with push fit plumbing. Internal temperatures lowered very quickly when first used. Ice receptacle is in the door rather than fixed at the rear and the design seems to increase the additional storage space within the freezer by comparison to my previous (14 year old) Samsung American Style FF. The permanent water ingress pipe could be a little longer (only about 1 meter) which would make installation even easier, but additional piping is provided. Chilled water seems to dispense at a bit of a strange angle, just takes a bit of getting used to where to position the glass. The price was slightly more than I had intended to pay but that said I still found it to be the cheapest of it's type having all the features I wanted. Not sure if I'll bother to connect it to my WiFi unless I discover a really good reason to. I expect some will love this feature.
