Our first American Fridge, so took time in choosing. What was a major factor was the energy rating. Given the design, which is not unique to Samsung, the freezer side could do with more draws, just for easy, as the shelves are quite difficult to stack, once something in it is open. Some cheap plastic boxes, sorts this. ice cubes dispenses quite rapidly, so you have to learn the art of angling your glass. But again this is not necessarily unique to Samsung. Overall, very pleased.

Quiet appliance with lots of space. I like the additional door space for jars and bottles. Would recommend.

So much more space to our previous 16 year old Samsung (& much quieter too!). Hopefully this one will last as long ????????

Great piece of kit. Stylish. App controlled. Only gripe would be the slow speed at which it makes ice and the ice compartment is a bit small for a larger family during summer.

Great product. Plenty of space & lovely deep drawers. Quiet & super sleek looking. Ice & cold water dispenser well thought out & greet yo use. Very pleased with choice

Great space, nice and quiet, very effective even chilling, and looks nice too! Only possible issue is not much scope to change the the shelves around, and the moulded plug is a little annoying
