Unfortunately the ice machine doesn't work and pools water underneath now having to have an engineer out to try and get it to work.

We are now on our 2nd one and today, as did the last one, the ice maker has stopped throwing ice into the bucket. Such a shame as we loved the bar feature. Looks like we are going to opt for a LG replacement. Not sure if the batch Hisense are supplying is rogue but they need to look into this ASAP. Apart from this it's a great looking unit.

Had two of these fridges now and the ice maker does not work properly! Does not always make ice when the chamber is empty, so whats the point? Water dispenser is also painfully slow. It does look nice though! Dont buy an American Fridge freezer with an icemaker, a complete novelty!

Light on fridge doesn't work. Fridge seems to think the door has been left open for prolonged period of time so switches the lights off as a warning. Only way to get it back on is switch the fridge off/on and play the game all over again. Temp at top of fridge is like 4-5°c lower than the bottom too. AO saying they can't sort during covid. Takes a good 40-50 seconds to fill a pint of water too. I think I've got a dud! Ice machine is decent. There's a positive!

When it was initially delivered I have to say I was absolutely thrilled. The fridge has so much space and also has so many door shelves for jars and bottles. The jars would in my old fridge be on shelves so this gives me additional space. Despite having the ice maker, which is quite large the freezer is also surprisingly spacious. I do however have an issue that the fridge temperature is not achieving the desired temperature set on the door. I have contacted AO with this issue and so far the customer service and their contact and support has been good, but it’s only just been logged and therefore is not resolved yet. With all the above I did find it hard to give a rating which conveys the overall experience.

Very pleased with the storage space. Very disappointed that the water and ice taste of plastic and chemicals so can't use it

Beautiful looking Fridge Freezer. We bought it as it looked good value for money. We’d read that people had issues with the water dispenser and ice. Same here. Water worked initially, appliance makes ice but won’t dispense it. We are awaiting a new ice box - we are fitting it, so I guess Hisense don’t see it as complex as they are only sending the part - I’m less confident that this will resolve the issue.

As title. Love the size and functionality of the fridge. However the ice dispenser is driven by a plastic drive ring which lasted only 1 week. Still waiting for the insurance/warranty to sort out the repair after 3 weeks. Not sure I’d recommend due to this failure. Will update after repair and hopefully improved life of the ice dispenser.
