Love this fridge/freezer. It looks gorgeous in my kitchen and it’s certainly a talking point when people come round. The ice maker has changed my life. It’s worth all 5 stars but if you want some critiques: 1. The water dispense is pretty slow - about 30secs to fill a pint glass compared to 2-3secs from the tap. The water is only cool, not cold. It’s handy for small drinks but you’ll find yourself using the ice dispenser and then getting water from the tap. 2. The crushed ice dispenser is a bit messy, expect your floor (and surrounding units/walls) to suffer from stray ice/water. 3. The freezer space is a little odd. It’s narrower than a usual freezer and because of the door/ice-maker it can make storing some big items awkward. For example: I’ve been buying 4x 4pints of milk at a time during the pandemic and freezing them until I need them. There’s only really one shelf you can put the milk on, without compromising the door closing. 4. The non-plumbed water comes from a 4.5L tank in the fridge. You’ll find that you’re filling it up about once a week, depending on how quickly you drink the water. You can take the whole tank out easily and really that’s the only sensible way to fill it up. It’s a bit of a faff. These are all minor issues however, I would throughly recommend this fridge/freezer

Product was faulty cannot dispense ice or water. Waiting for new part. Unable to use as intended.

The refrigerant leaked within 6 weeks and failed. Waiting to see if AO will replace like for like under warranty.

Excellent item. Super quiet. When ice cubes drop into bucket it makes you jump but thats expected. Massive interior, bigger than our samsung it replaced. Cold water & ice cubes taste of new plastic. Leave ice function on & keep emptying bucket 3 to 4 times & taste goes away. Takes at least 24hours from first plugging in to get ice and the best part of a week when you can get nice tasting ice & water. The water So far so good was a great buy.

The ice continues to come out and falls on the floor once you stop pressing the lever. Not too sure how to rectify that.

So far so good… I like this fridge freezer, there is plenty of room for a lot! I am in love with the ice maker feature, it does take quite a few hours to make the first cubes, but then it’s all wonderful! I like that is not plumbed so we can add mineral water instead both water dispenser and ice cubes made in quality water and not tap lol. It’s quite quiet. It does get very very hot on the outside and I was super scared about it as we didn’t want an appliance that would heat up the room, but after a few hours it was gone, it just got hot for the initial starting up time. Also forgot to mention! It has small wheels, which makes it easy to move a bit for vacuuming and mopping underneath.

Good but temperature control went haywire after 10 months. Replaced under warranty hopefully not a common problem

The fridge-freezer looks nice, well organized with a lot of pockets on the doors and enough shelves but mine came with not working ice maker. The water dispenser is a bit slow, and the water smells and tastes of plastic very bad. An engineer came today, couldn't repair and ordered some parts to be replaced. We have to wait for the ice for another 10-15 days (probably).
