Fridge is a great size. Unfortunately the water dispenser and ice machine function isn't working. Customer service is terrible from Hisense, week on still not working having to wait another week for a engineer. Other than that fridge is good. Just a note this is a finger print magnet so you will be cleaning this everyday.

Bought at the end of June and sadly still waiting for parts as water dispenser and ice maker arrived broken. Love everything else about this product, but one feature we really wanted is the one we don''t have working.

The rating is for the appliance. Looks good and works ok. I would give AO zero rating as they charged me £25 connection fee for plugging the appliance in. They wouldn't take all the stuff out of the fridge for health and safety reasons. Buyers beware of AO con on connection fee. Refund refused saying they moved it into place and plugged it in. Reported to Trading Standards.

Great product overall. Very spacious, looks great! A little noisier than I am used to.

Positives : The Fridge Freezer functions brilliantly in terms of cooling for both the fridge and the freezer. The veggies and dairy products remained fresh even after a week. Looks awesome and has options to store using compartments. The Fridge capacity is more than the freezer which serves the right purpose for a family. Negatives: It is noisy when the freezers ice mechanism works churning ice once in a few hours. Overall: A Great buy as compared to a Samsung one that we had earlier.

Plenty of room and good visibility in both fridge and freezer. The drawer that stores water for the ice compartment is held by a flimsy plastic which does not stay in place. This is disappointing

Very nice and spacious, but the freezer compressor is very noisy when running. Luckily it's positioned in a side room.

Brilliant American fridge freezer so far and at a keen price ??????
