I like the soft lighting in the fridge. It took quite a while to reverse the door, but got there in the end.

The fridge is a good little fridge with plenty of room in it and the fridge stays well nice and cool on about between 3 to 4 on the fridge dial the only 1 set back iv noticed the bottom glass on the salad compartment on the bottom seems to move around a bit and don't seen to sit flat to me . The small tray which is on the door which hangs down can be moved were you want as just slides along .Or you can take it completely taken out so you can get more taller items in . SO I would recommend ?? this to buy . Its also very easy to install comes fixing brackets to hang a kitchen door onto and the plastic leveling feet seem to be fairy stong to

Simply does the job.the only thing i can winge about would be the internal light is very dull.

I brought with without realising it was on the list of do not buys from which magazine. However I kept it and a month in its been great. The fridge is light in weight so easy to install. It's got good storage capacity and seems to be doing the job well!

Exactly as stated on website. Really easy to switch door mechanism around so opens on left and really easy to install. I've never done either before but followed instructions and all good. Nice quick delivery too.

Good value

Product is fantastic. Really quiet, spacious and the inside is well designed so that gets 5 stars. HOWEVER - my 70 year old mother took delivery and when I arrived 20minutes after and unboxed it I found a shelf had been damaged (a plastic lip that holds it onto the fridge) therefore that particular shelf cannot be used. I immediately took photos and emailed AO about this and received a response asking for the serial number 48 hours later. Now over a month later its taken me to send another email chasing the part (it is a fairly standard part) I have been fobbed off with the whole "there has been a delay in the manufacturers shipment from China). I would've thought a company as big as AO.com would make sure their suppliers have simple parts like this in the UK. It took me a week to convince my mum to order online instead of going to Tesco and this experience has only served to heighten her anxiety around it. Come on AO.com sort it out please???
