Overall excellent , but I did expect more from SMARTTHINGS ... just telling me if the door is open, the temperature setting and being able to turn on fast freeze is all get from the device . It does report Energy usage in LIFE (between 078 kWh and 1.05 kWh) which is reassuring. It would be nice to see the actual temperature and some history . I've put SAMSUNG multi sensors in the freezer and the internal temp varies between 1 degree F and 22 degree F which I found surprising .... however NICam batteries don't work too well at low temperatures :) .

Lovely, large upright freezer, plenty of room and very quiet. The bonus is, it's frost free so no defrosting! Also it has an ice-cube maker!

Lovely colour and really spacious freezer. Very quiet. The ‘ice maker’ is a built in mould, which you tip the cubes out of so don’t overfill in my experience as hard to get out but otherwise, great product. Can also be turned into a fridge if needed.

Great product - loads of space & accessing food is a dream. Links to wifi & your phone & alerts you if the door is left open. Has a 5 year parts & labour warranty but make sure you register asap! The manual which comes with the product is poor & designed to cover a range of models. You have to fit the handles which is a faff if you’re not handy yourself. If you have the space then this product is stunning. It adds to my kitchen as it is Navy Blue already. Samsung also make great products.

I have the fridge version of this and I HAD to get the freezer version, beautiful and elegant . Great product. Freezes excellent, more than enough space. Excellent service from AO.

Very happy with the freezer, plenty of room, going to take a while for me to start filling it. Being using the ice dispenser, looks very smart, so happy so far.

Amazing product at an amazing price. Loads of room inside and does not take up to much space due to slim line design.

Reasonably pleased so far. Not sure the fridge feature will ever be used. Would have been better with three extra drawers rather than the 3 shelves. It would be a good idea to sell it either left or right hinged; rather complex to change the hinges over plus needing to change to door seal 180° didn't make sense.
