I'm delighted with this freezer. It has drawers/shelves of different heights which makes storing large joints of meat more manageable. The door features some narrow storage which is ideal for small containers, butter etc. An ice maker is an extra bonus that I wasn't expecting. I also like the fact that there is a light. It doesn't hold quite as much as my chest freezer, which it replaces, despite the dimensions suggesting that it should hold more.

This is the best freezer we have ever had. Easy to set up. Lots of good sized drawers and definitely like the option of three open fronted compartments. Would definitely recommend it.

Amazing love love its the best freezer Ive ever had love the colour, loads of room lots of compartments. the delivery guys were really lovely put it just where I needed it , easy to keep clean love the glass door, love the light inside perfect for a family or a single person . great that you don't have to defrost this appliance .

It's a great-looking freezer; however, it seems a bit frosty on the inside drawers.

Overall excellent , but I did expect more from SMARTTHINGS ... just telling me if the door is open, the temperature setting and being able to turn on fast freeze is all get from the device . It does report Energy usage in LIFE (between 078 kWh and 1.05 kWh) which is reassuring. It would be nice to see the actual temperature and some history . I've put SAMSUNG multi sensors in the freezer and the internal temp varies between 1 degree F and 22 degree F which I found surprising .... however NICam batteries don't work too well at low temperatures :) .

Reasonably pleased so far. Not sure the fridge feature will ever be used. Would have been better with three extra drawers rather than the 3 shelves. It would be a good idea to sell it either left or right hinged; rather complex to change the hinges over plus needing to change to door seal 180° didn't make sense.

Good quality with a nice glass finish. Spacious interior with good number of compartments.

Only had the freezer for a week, so time will tell if it lives up to its predecessor which lasted 25 years! So far so good. The compartments in the door make a nice addition and are handy for small items. The main compartments are quite deep and slide easily in and out. A good family sized freezer. I haven’t felt the need to add the handle as it’s easy to open without. It’s lost a star as there is slight frost that forms on the doors of the compartments and the main freezer door tends to swing closed. You have to hold it open as it doesn’t extend that far by itself. These are minor things though and don’t detract from its good points too much.
